The staff are excellent.

I couldn't enjoy my work because of the DJ. They started blasting music before 10am and it never stopped. With only a few people at the pool, it felt unnecessary and incredibly disruptive. I couldn't take a nap or concentrate on anything, and it ruined my entire day.

This place suits me perfectly with great wi-fi, outdoor pool, and friendly 24-hour reception. The staff once helped me with local taxi tips, which I still remember! I’m definitely coming back for Christmas.

I appreciated the attentive service from Nielson at the pool, especially when he helped me with the Turkish bath. Mr Serrano's swift actions in returning my forgotten bag really made the stay exceptional.

Every interaction with the staff made me feel valued. They not only helped me find local attractions but also took the time to ensure my room was perfect.

However, the early morning knocks on my door felt intrusive and disrupted my rest. This could use some adjustment for guest comfort.

I was welcomed with massive smiles and heartfelt hospitality. The outdoor swimming pool gave me fine views of the city skyline as I relaxed under the sun. Oh, and the massage? Pure bliss that melted all my stress away!

Amazing service and great breakfast!

I stayed for 2 nights and had such a good time! The pool was nice, a bit crowded but refreshing. The breakfast blew me away, they made anything I wanted! Also, big shoutout to the staff, especially Nielson by the pool, he was super helpful. Just wish the gym was a bit bigger.

The hospitality was great, especially with quick assistance for pool access and great local dining recommendations. I felt at home!

The beef dishes around Barranquilla are to die for, especially at Mulata Carnes & Mariscos. Not to mention, the service at Estelar Alto Prado was top-notch, with staff going above and beyond to assist me. I also loved the superb cleanliness of the room—felt right at home!

Had a great group vacation here! The location is perfect, just steps away from the nightlife district and the Country Club. We loved exploring the nearby shopping and dining options. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast buffet was a highlight. Definitely a solid choice for friends or family trips.

One thing to note is the early morning doorbell ringing – it was a bit disruptive, especially for those wanting to sleep in.
